At Good Games, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your items in their original box.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned apparel, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
